Just 15 minutes walk from the hotel Le Roosevelt, the Parc de la Tête d’Or covers an area of 105 hectares.
One enters by 7 entries , the most remarkable is the door of Enfants du Rhône which opens the view of a 16-hectare lake
Extensive lawns interspersed with groves of centuries-old trees. Flower beds , beds of roses or peonies, bring in all seasons colorful and fragrant buttons.
The park is home to the zoo where there are nearly 400 animals divided into 64 species
The Park of the Golden Head is open to the public and admission is free.
